Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment or Higher Education
Assist Access is a specialized program tailored for people with disabilities, aimed at assisting them in securing and maintaining suitable employment. The program offers essential training that caters to individual learning abilities, helping to develop their skills and knowledge. Comfort Living Care, a registered NDIS service provider, encourages and supports individuals with disabilities across all age groups, including students of working age, to join and participate in this program for their career advancement. The Assist Access/Maintain employment services also provide support related to career counseling and guidance, enabling participants to learn from experts and choose a career path that aligns with their passions and abilities.
Employment
Through the NDIS, Comfort Living Care offers employment opportunities for people living with disabilities.
Workplace assistance enables a participant to successfully obtain and/or retain employment in the open or supported labour market. Individual Support is available in terms of:
- Employment preparation and support in a group
- School leaver employment support
- Transition through school and further education
